- Listing Standards

How AfterBell Kids handles factual listing data

We focus on factual fields, show source links where available, and review provider correction or removal requests manually.

Directory facts only

We keep entries centered on practical listing details rather than marketing copy.

Source-linked transparency

Listings point families back to original sources wherever possible.

Manual review

Corrections, suppression requests, and removal review stay human.

- Section 01

1. What belongs in the directory

AfterBell Kids is designed to store factual listing details only. That usually includes provider name, program title, category, city, address, ages, dates, times, prices, capacity, registration links, source links, and last-checked dates.

We avoid importing long-form marketing copy, editorial summaries, testimonials, biographies, or other expressive text unless a provider has supplied it directly for its own listing presence.

We also avoid publishing unnecessary personal information about named staff or individuals. The goal is a clean directory of public program facts, not personal profiles.

- Section 02

2. How source transparency works

Public listings should include a source link and the date that AfterBell Kids last checked the underlying factual details. That gives families a way to confirm information directly with the provider before they register.

A source link does not mean the provider has endorsed AfterBell Kids. It means we are showing where key factual details were checked.

- Section 03

3. What our trust language means

These labels are trust signals, not guarantees. Families should still use provider websites and direct contact to confirm anything important before relying on it.

Provider verified means the provider directly confirmed key listing facts with AfterBell Kids.

Source checked means AfterBell Kids checked key listing facts against a public source.

Unverified means the listing may still help with discovery, but it needs stronger confirmation.

- Section 04

4. Corrections, suppression, and removal review

Providers and affected parties can request a factual correction, temporary suppression, or removal review by emailing

Please include the listing name, provider name, source URL if available, and the correction requested. We review listing issues manually and may ask for clarifying detail before making a change.

- Section 05

5. What AfterBell Kids does not do

AfterBell Kids helps families compare options, but final registration, payment, waitlist handling, cancellation rules, and real-time availability always stay with the provider.

Families should confirm important details directly before booking or making decisions based on schedule, availability, transportation, staffing, or policy information.
